Welcome to 'Aaradhya Setu' ("App"), owned and managed by SVSR AGENCIES LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the applicable laws of India.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and remove it from your device.

Aaradhya Setu is a spiritual and technology platform dedicated to providing users with access to devotional, religious, and temple services including, but not limited to:

• Online booking of pujas and rituals at various listed temples
• Facilitating voluntary donations to temple trusts and religious initiatives
• Providing virtual darshans, spiritual updates, and temple-related informational feeds
• E-commerce services for delivery of prasad, spiritual books, and related spiritual items

You acknowledge that Aaradhya Setu acts primarily as an intermediary platform connecting devotees with temple administrators, religious institutions, and third-party vendors.

To use this App, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and fully competent to enter into binding legal agreements.

If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of such minor and agree to take full responsibility for their actions on the App.

To access specific offerings or finalize transaction requests, you may be required to register an account with us using your mobile number or third-party authentication services.

You agree to:

• Provide true, current, accurate, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your profile information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials and dynamic OTP codes
• Accept absolute responsibility for all transactional operations occurring under your account

SVSR AGENCIES LLP will not be held accountable for any financial or data loss resulting from unauthorized use of your profile account due to negligence on your part.

You agree to utilize the platform solely for lawful, reverent, and non-commercial personal usage. You specifically promise not to:

• Submit fraudulent or false transaction or booking claims through the system
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the underlying software systems or servers of the App
• Post offensive, defamatory, or religiously disrespectful comments or reviews on community message feeds
• Use automated software scrapers, bots, or script elements to extract data from the platform

All digital payments, booking fees, or charitable donations processed via the platform are governed by the following understandings:

• Aaradhya Setu utilizes certified, secure third-party payment aggregation gateways to execute financial steps
• Donations sent through the interface are transferred to the selected temple trust or specified charity organization
• Tax exemption certificates (such as 80G under the Income Tax Act) are issued strictly at the discretion of the final recipient trust, not by Aaradhya Setu directly
• Prices listed for pujas and prasad items include service costs and operational delivery overheads where explicit

Given the unique nature of religious arrangements, puja schedules, and devotional offerings, standard terms govern cancellation events:

• Charitable donations are completely non-refundable once the transaction is completed successfully
• Puja booking cancellations are subject to the specific rules of the concerned temple institution
• If a puja is canceled due to unprecedented temple closures, force majeure, or operational breakdowns, a partial or complete refund may be initiated to your source account at our standard operational speed

All original materials featured inside the software ecosystem—including user interface assets, logo graphics, custom texts, brand layouts, digital iconography, audio-visual clips, and software codes—remain the exclusive legal property of SVSR AGENCIES LLP.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the interface for individual informational purposes only.

The platform may showcase external destination links pointing to third-party web portals or logistical courier partners.

We retain no regulatory control over the exact operational frameworks, external safety guarantees, or terms observed by separate service operators. We urge users to evaluate their custom policies independently.

Aaradhya Setu acts as an online coordinator and platform service aggregator. To the maximum degree permitted under the law, SVSR AGENCIES LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any physical or scheduling variances in how rituals are conducted by local priests at real shrines
• Unforeseen delay elements affecting physical prasad distributions managed by package courier companies
• Intermittent service drops, app downtime, or network packet drops disrupting virtual streams
• Indirect, peripheral, or structural damage types linked to usage dynamics of the application platform

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SVSR AGENCIES LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

We reserve the unilateral discretion to temporarily freeze or completely dissolve your profile account access permissions without prior structural warning if you are found breaching these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any legal disputes, structural conflicts, or arbitration proceedings relating to the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts located at Kolkata, West Bengal.

SVSR AGENCIES LLP reserves the right to refine, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes become live the moment they are pushed to the live application layout.

Your continued use of Aaradhya Setu following any updates constitutes complete confirmation and acceptance of the modified layout rules.
