Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Aaradhya Setu, we are committed to ensuring the best experience for our devotees across Puja Services and Chadhava Services. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and therefore, we offer rescheduling and refund options based on the conditions outlined below.

Whenever possible, we encourage users to reschedule instead of cancelling to ensure they do not miss out on the sacred benefits of the services. For any concerns regarding refunds, contact us at: support@aaradhyasetu.com.

9

Eligibility & Timeline for Refunds

Refund requests are verified and evaluated strictly under the following criteria:

9.1 Puja Services

i. Refund Requested Before the Puja Date:
  • Incorrect Package Selected (e.g., individual instead of family puja);
  • Incorrect Puja Booked;
  • Special Circumstances — such as death in the family, menstrual cycle, birth of a baby, or any other personal reason, provided the request is raised before the puja starts;
  • If the Tithi or date selected for the puja is incorrect, users can request rescheduling. Refunds will be processed only if the user does not wish to reschedule.
Note: Refund requests must be raised at least one day prior to the scheduled puja. Requests made on the same day are generally not eligible once setup arrangements have initiated.
ii. Refund Requested Within 7 Days After the Puja Date / Video Delivery Date:
  • Issues faced by the user due to Aaradhya Setu (e.g., name missed or mispronounced during the puja). In such cases, rescheduling is offered first; if refused, a full refund is processed.
  • Puja cancelled or rescheduled by the Aaradhya Setu team and the user does not wish to reschedule.
  • Issues not due to Aaradhya Setu (e.g. duplicate booking or double payment). As a courtesy, extra bookings highlighted before the puja has commenced will be processed upon verification.

9.2 Chadhava Services

i. Refund requested before the Chadhava date:
  • The user requests cancellation at least a day prior to execution.
  • The user requests to edit Sankalp, and it is operationally not possible to do so after finalization.
ii. Refund requested within 7 days after the offering date / receiving the Chadhava video:
  • Name missed or mispronounced (rescheduling offered first; otherwise refund is processed).
  • Chadhava was not performed correctly as per the traditional processes within that particular temple.
  • Delay in receiving Chadhava video delivery beyond 10 working days.

9.3 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date such request is approved.
  • Refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment method utilized.
  • Users will receive a text/email confirmation message once processed.

9.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios & Exceptions

Non-Refundable: Discrepancies reported after 7 days of receiving the ritual video, or personal issues not highlighted before the service starts. No refunds will be processed if misuse of the policy is suspected.

Exceptions (Force Majeure & Technical Issues): In case of natural disasters, temple closures, or internal failures (e.g., missing video), we will either process a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
